NATIONAL DAY FOR TRUTH AND RECONCILIATION - SEPTEMBER 30TH - ORANGE SHIRT DAY
A Library Learning Commons (LLC) is more than a school library. It is the hub of the school. It is a place of collaboration between the Teacher-Librarian, teachers, and students. The transformation of a school library into an LLC is one example of how a school can link new kinds of teaching and learning. One of the ways we do this in our LLC is through technology and makerspace activities and providing opportunities to learn and make connections using authentic resources. It is a place where students are able to relax and enjoy looking for new books as well as exploring all the activities in the Library!
